I am not giving this company a low grade for their "job quality" but for one individual's driving skills. This morning I had a near miss with one of their drivers, driving a red dump truck. He blew a red light going over the speed limit. I pull up to the drivers side of the truck on my motorcycle, to tell him he nearly missed me and he gave me the bird, the middle finger. This employee should not be driving or even employed for this company!
