I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. I was trying to buy an E63 for my daughter—cash purchase, no financing hassle. All I needed was a little info over the phone to finalize things. I was literally going to cut the check, book her a flight, and get the car handled. Simple. But they flat-out refused to provide any information unless I showed up in person. Why?? I’m not asking for miracles—just the basics to confirm before I send my daughter across the country. Now apparently I have to be there? That’s ridiculous.
