Very disappointing experience while shopping for a BMW 540i. The dealership ran a credit check without getting my approval first. When I asked the manager why they ran my credit, his response was essentially, “How else are we going to get you numbers?” That excuse makes no sense to me. I’ve been to multiple other dealerships, and every one of them was able to give me pricing and payment numbers without running my credit first. Horrible experience. These sales guy Yorman along with the GM are constantly avoiding speaking with customers in regards to their purchases. Bought many cars in my life never have I had such an experience. Took days for them to get the car ready and after 2 days of “passing inspections” the car somehow was sold with worn out brakes and rotors to the point where a different inspection station reported it unsafe to drive. horrible business etiquette , took a deposit on a car , ran my credit , we were in communication with them the whole time, appointment was set up and last minute told us car was sold to someone else! These guys are scammers and fraudulent activity going on, they refused to provide a monthly payments after they ran the credit and everything. Steer clear of this place!!
Waste of time and very unprofessional!
They neglect to tell you of 5k in dealer fees. Total scam.
