Changing this review due to my experience today, or should I say nightmare. I had been in contact with this dealership for over a week regarding a Challenger they had listed on their website. I traveled over 2 hours from Long Island to finally do the deal. I spent over 2 hours sweating and waiting in the showroom while the original salesperson I had started helping someone else. The worst dealership in the USA for buying a car from out of state. Dealerships sell alot of cars to people from outstate. Not this one. They do not sell cars unless your in person. They will not do any paperwork ahead of time. They do not reserve cars if you fly in from out of state making it a gamble to fly in just to find the car gone. I ended up going to a audi dealership close by that took care of everything over the phone and internet. I came out there signed a few remaining papers and was headed home.
