Every time I visit this location, I leave feeling like a queen. The team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming—especially Taylor. Even though this is a chain, the people here are truly talented and take real pride in their work. Most of all, they are kind and they listen. Taylor, in particular, is gracious and makes the experience exceptional. Taylor = 6 out of 5 stars.
I’m really disappointed with my recent haircut. I asked for simple layers and curtain bangs, but the stylist didn’t seem confident or trained in cutting techniques. The back of my hair wasn’t properly cut, and the finished look didn’t resemble layered hair at all. I would have given zero stars if possible. I had been getting my nails done with excellence by Andrea for over a year. I received a text from her letting me know that she would not be able to complete my appointment (scheduled for 20 minutes from then). She just learned she could not stay to complete my appointment. When I called Moxie, I learned they let her go and would not allow her to complete the appointment with me.
