Yongyi provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire rental process. The RV we received was a newer unit and had everything we needed for our trip. I would highly recommend yongyi RV to anyone looking to experience an RV adventure.
RV was clean. Linens were fresh and clean. Make sure you order the kitchen kit. Marilyn was very responsive by email and text with questions and trouble shooting any issues that arise which was very helpful. Pick up and drop off of the RV was seamless.

This is the 2nd time that I am renting an RV from Yongyi. From start to finish Marilyn answered all questions promptly and was reachable at all times when we have questions after picking up the RV. We rented the C30 motorhome which sleeps 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) comfortably. The car runs great and is very clean. Has all the feature one would need including a retraceable awning and an outside shower head. We would not hesitate to rent again next time we travel. Thanks again
