I went back to Yong's Wigs today to have the second wig I bought there trimmed a bit to better fit my face. I had called first, and although the owner was working alone today, she told me to come in and she'd be happy to take care of me. I am so grateful for this caring and knowledgeable owner, and her expertise in color, fit, styling, and willingness to cut and clip when possible. Many businesses could benefit from her example in providing the highest level of customer service, and her kindness and compassion.

Today I went with my daughter to look at wigs at Yong's Wig Salon in anticipation of my daughter losing her hair to chemotherapy. This place definitely deserves every one of those five stars! There is no words to describe how patient and helpful Yong and her assistant were to us. Thei selection is huge and there was absolutely no pressure. Yong even cut and styled one wig even though it was not ultimately the one we chose. We were so grateful for the kindness that was extended to us.
I will be losing my hair for the third time with chemo treatments. I wasn't prepared the last two times with head wear, so I just bought a bunch of scarves. This time I decided to get a wig, and I wanted to get one before I lost all my hair so I could (hopefully) match my natural color. I went to Yong's wig salon. I once had long, thick, beautiful hair. However, due to age and health, my hair is now thin and falling out. I was kinda afraid to even try a wig.. thought maybe it would feel weird or fall out easy. Yong’s has an amazing selection in all price ranges- both synthetic and human hair. Wigs, spare hair, and any accessory you can imagine! It’s like a Candy Store but HAIR!! My last visit I purchased a wig grip ( per recommendation) and it has changed my life! I have done every attachment known to wig wearers: tape, glue, clips, even glue snaps to my head once! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May and I visited Yong's in mid-July and purchased two wigs in preparation for losing my hair. Yong was extremely helpful, patient, and compassionate. She told me to call her when my hair began to fall out so that she could buzz cut my hair, refit my new wigs, and cut the wigs so they looked perfect on me.
