Front deck are so rude, they will rather chart with coworker than take care of others. Appointment means nothing for them, it’s your time they don’t care , funny thing is doctor won’t waiting for you if you missed your appointment even 5 mins but could let you wait for an hour and proudly tell you we are so busy however there is none patient at waiting area
Doctors are fine but management is terrible, poor customer service, charge you fee on every single item even they are the one who didn't do their job
I booked an appointment and was not sent the link to access the appointment let alone told that it would be online I thought it would be by phone as it always has been done since covid. Because I "missed"the appointment I will not be granted another appointment until I pay the $90 they are even not booking my mom for the same reason. My experience with this clinic has been great! A few weeks ago, I started taking my 90-year old mom to this clinic/Dr. Zeng. He is a well mannered doctor, and he has been gentle and patience with my mom. As for the receptionists, they all have been friendly, and one of them showed me how to book online appointment using my cell phone. Whenever I leave a voice message, my call is usually returned within 30 minutes.
