WORST CLINIC EVER! NO ONE listens to the phone and it always goes to the voice message. The clinic told me to book the appontment online which the earliest available date is 3 WEEKS LATER. It is totally unacceptable!!!!!! I would give zero star if possible. They do not care about their patients at all!!!
Super Expensive Medical Services and Unreasonable Pricing I was asked to pay $200 just to make an appointment to ask one question about a previous prescription. Another time, I simply wanted to know the result of a lab test ordered during a prior visit, but they still required me to book and pay for another appointment. Usually, doctors call patients to share test results. Some of the doctors are good, but the prices are so high that they discourage me from going back.
Awful, awful clinic. Like many others have said, it's nearly impossible to book appointment with the doctor and walk-in also impossible. There have been so many doctors that have come and gone - I am now on my 3rd family doctor at this clinic... They charge ridiculous fees for everything and communication is never clear. Even renewing prescriptions, we're required to make an appointment to "discuss" when previous doctors could do so quickly online! Super expensive on any additional services. As a patient in the clinic for more than 6 years, I feel very dissappointed about their services: harder to book appointment, longer waiting time, pricing higher on any possible opportunities.
I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this clinic. Booking an appointment with my family doctor is nearly impossible — you have to plan 1 to 1.5 months in advance. Even trying to get a weekend walk-in appointment is difficult. The phone system is essentially useless. Today was the final straw. I had a virtual appointment booked for 11:40 AM and waited in the session until 12:00 PM — the doctor never showed up.
