This is a complaint against representative named Francis! I have a good life membership and updated my ticket. When i tried to pay the parking it showed the full amount which was supposed to be half! Then Francis asked me the arrival time which was 10 and i left at 3. None of their policy states that you can only park for 2 hours if you have a gym membership. It says its 50% off. He also accused me that i was not at the gym. If you wanna steal or rob money out of people, just call me i will rather give you the credit details... read more
