I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at this clinic. I paid over $300 for my cat’s visit, but I left without a clear diagnosis or much explanation about what was causing her paw issue. I was prescribed a cream, but I wasn’t given clear instructions on how to use it or what to expect during the healing process. Dr.John has been treating my dog, Powder, ever since she was a puppy. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgable - I highly recommend his clinic to all dog owners looking for an experienced and competent veterinarian. The front desk is also extremely responsive and great at following up. Another plus is the food & medication are all very fairly priced at Yonge 16th Animal Hospital unlike some other clinics.
