I have never left an appointment feeling so violated and invalidated in my life, left in tears because of how horrible I was treated. The women at the front desk and Dr. Hoskey all seem very sweet. However, you could not pay me to see Dr. Zheng again.
I had a great experience with Dr Zheng. However, my problem is with her office manager, Jen. I have been trying to get in touch with her for weeks and she "will not" return my phone call. I've gone into the office and told them about the problem to no avail. Someone should be able to help clear the problem I'm having to get the creditors from harassing me over a bill that I was told I shouldn't have been charged.
Dr. Zheng is incredible. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is both professional and personable.
