DR. YONG ZHENG IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING. POSSESSES AN OUTSTANDING BED SIDE MANNER AND THOROUGLY LISTENS AND OFFERS HER PROFESSIONAL OPINION WITH EXACTNESS AND CONFIDENCE! DR. ZHENG LOVES HER PATIENTS AND HAS A STRONG ETHICAL AND MORAL LIFESTYLE. I WOULDN'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE I TRUST HER AND I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON AN HONEST ANSWER. THANK YOU. First of all, Dr. Zheng's staff is very friendly and welcoming. SIMPLY a WONDERFUL front office staff, nurses and nurse practicioners. Dr. Zheng is an AWESOME doctor and the most THOROUGH/KNOWLEDGEABLE that I have ever experienced. Dr. Zheng has GREAT bedside manner and listens very well. She puts one at ease. I love Dr. Zheng!! I found Dr. Zheng to be very curt and distant. She didn't explain what she was doing. She offered to answer questions, but I felt rushed. She didn't believe the symptoms I told her I was having because it didn't happen during the 5 minutes she was with me in the exam room! She has also recommended a treatment that my regular gynecologist told me would not work for my issues.
The experience I had with Dr. Zheng is without question one of the best if not the very best appointment and examination etc. I have ever had. She was highly skilled, warm and reassuring and took the time and patience with me. She answered every question directly and with compassion and was just overall competent, gentle and left me feeling confident about my upcoming surgery. I would recommend her to anyone with any type of bladder problem or other female pelvic issues. 100 % satisfaction.
She was kind and took the time to listen to all of my problems. She is very knowledgeable and sat down and explained everything. I felt so comfortable and reassured things would be much better.
Her bedside manner was poor. Most of the time she did not explain what she was doing before poking me or sticking things in places and I definitely would have felt more comfortable if she had. She was also not very forthcoming with information about the diagnosis she gave me. She was willing to answer questions, but because I didn't know much, I wasn't able to ask many questions and I left feeling unsatisfied.
