I was verbally assaulted by her receptionist. She called me crazy and said she didn’t need to pay for a psychiatrist like me. Very unprofessional. I am a highly educated woman who deserves respect when seeking medical care. I would not recommend due to the staff they hire, very low standards.
I work across the street from one of her locations. I was schedule for a 2pm appointment and 3pm roles by and she is still not in the office. There were also 4 people ahead of me. I left and requested a call back. Dr Shin called me back and she wanted to charge me a fee to call in a prescription even know she was a no show.
