I would not recommend Mr. Steven Michael Yon for legal counsel based on my family’s experience. Mr. Yon met with my brother and his neighbor regarding signing over property through a deed transfer, despite my brother’s serious medical condition and lack of capacity to fully understand or execute legal documents. The best attorney I’ve ever used. So down to earth. I was very relaxed
Recently used this law firm for closing. I don't recommend. There was almost no communication. Paper work was delayed and we weren't able to close on time, not to mention misspelling people's names on legal documents. Law firm was disorganized and unprepared.
