I don’t get massages often but because of some tight muscles, aches and pains I decided to schedule one. The massage from Kelly was the best I’ve ever had! She asked what type of pressure I wanted which nobody has asked me before. I don’t like deep-tissue massages that make it difficult to relax and make me sore the next day. She used medium pressure and it made the massage so much more enjoyable and relaxing but still very effective relieving the tension in my muscles. I will definitely return in the future!
I have had physical ailments most of my life and enjoyed massages regularly over the past year or so elsewhere. Never have I felt so much relief after a single appointment as I had at Yoma Mind and Body a couple of weeks ago. My massage with Kelly was amazing! She listened to my issues and followed through with a fantastic massage... she applied the perfect amount of pressure and took great care in helping to ease my pain. Additionally, she worked me in when I was experiencing an emergent issue with a pinched nerve, going above and beyond customer service. Her office is clean, bright and inviting! I’d highly recommend Kelly to anyone!
AMAZING MASSAGE EXPERIENCE. Everything about my massage today was top notch. Kelly really cares about your comfort, your likes and dislikes, and I will be returning next month for another massage.
I came to see Kelly with a frozen shoulder. She focused on my problem area, after only one session I feel a big difference. Kelly is an EXCELLENT Massage Therapist. Highly recommend!!
