Deli did a nice eyebrow waxing job. 👌 Her nail skills were a different story. She did seem nice and spoke some English. But it also seemed like she was doing a rushed job. She was on her phone and smart watch while doing my nails. (Not the whole time) She put some of the tips crocket. She did remove and replaced two of them, but she didn't seem happy to do so.
