I received a gift certificate for Christmas & decided to book myself a spa day today and I was NOT disappointed. My facial and pedicure with Khrystyna was heavenly. Her attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations! My massage with Erin was the icing on the cake. She was able to maximize our time together focusing on decreasing my overall tension with detail. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
One word; amazing!! The girls at YOLO are simply amazing. So welcoming, professional and helpful. The customer service is top notch. Whether you walk in, call or text, you get a fast response. I worked with Khrystyna and loved it. She takes her time and really listens to you. She makes you feel so comfortable and like you can ask her anything at all. She will give you her honest thoughts and will go above and beyond to make things right for YOU.
Wonderful 60 minute massage experience with RMT Erin! She was very attentive to my needs. Loved that the treatment room had a quiet “spa” environment with dim lighting, tranquil music and quality oils. I have been hoping for this level of massage venue in Listowel for a long time. Less “clinical” and more luxurious than most options in the area. And free if you have health benefits for Registered massage! Will be back!
