I called about pricing for a smog on my 2001 GMC Sevana van. The woman I spoke with asked about my car details and gave me price for $59.95. I then went to take my car to get the smog done and when I got there she told me they’d need to charge more because they have to remove engine cap. I’m very upset because she wasted my time and never once mentioned this when I was on the phone with her, but when I get there and show I have a coupon for $49.95 they all of a sudden need to do some more work that requires more money.
