I have called this place straight for a week at different times of the day. No answer... no voicemail nothing. Too bad because I was going to get around 15 gift certificates for Christmas.
I have been standing in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting to have a massage, let alone someone to at least acknowledge me. I called to let them know myself and another lady were waiting. I was told by the man who answered the phone that he would be out, yet have not seen him! I will not be back! Lacking in professionalism, staffing, and good business practices.
Relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely going back!
