Unfortunately, new ownership will now see high attrition of loyal customers (p.s. 101 in business - keeping customers is easier to finding new ones). Removal of loyalty discounts, removal of extras (like water, coffee, wine), downgrade to cheaper products at the basin (which I am now allergic too), and increased prices no longer offer the same value for money that this place once gave.
