terrible! falsely claimed i missed my appointment TWICE. First time I ANSWERED but the worker did not follow the ADA and did not use the accessible method of contact listed in my file. Then the next time, the worker did use the correct method, made a nonsensical excuse about the previous worker's behavior, I COMPLETED THE INTERVIEW, THE WORKER SAID MANY TIMES THAT THEY HAD ALL THE NEEDED TO RECERTIFY AND ENDED THE CALL, and then right after I got a notice claiming I missed it!!
