Did an online order for an ASAP pick up. The order system said it would be ready in 7 minutes (which I knew was unrealistic ... should probably expand that prep time window in the order system) ... as a result the order wasn't ready when I arrived 10-12 minutes after I ordered and had to wait a short time which was not that big a deal but deducted a star from Service category. The food was great, we have always liked this place.
Let me start by saying that I love Yolklore. This review is based on my most recent visit, today. Ordered food online for pick up. I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was told for pick up, yet it was not ready, and ended up waiting another 15 minutes. That was disappointing. I'm sure there have been some cost saving choices, but our biscuits weren't as fluffy as they used to be and the volume of potatoes has been decreasing. Hopefully my next review will be 5 stars again.
