I have ordered 4 times in 8 months, EVERYTIME, my order is screwed up, every time!!! Today an untoasted plain bagel, I wasn't ready to eat it. What do I get, a toasted bagel, if that's what you want to call it. $10.50 for a bagel and hot chocolate and it's wrong.
