Our first time to try this trendy breakfast all day spot in Las Colinas/Irving, TX, called Yolk (@eatyolk). They offer lots of choices and options to customize as well. The interior is bright and spacious with friendly staff. Once you make a selection, the plates came out very quick and piping hot, best way to eat breakfast. They took away the seasoned potatoes and replaced them with W.house shredded potatoes. Haven't been back since & I literally ate here 4x out the month.The cornbeef hash used to be #1.Who uses shredded potatoes on cb.hash.Doesnt pair well at all looks like w.house monstrosity
