I have been using Yolanda's since my daughter turned 1, she is now 6! I won't buy a birthday cake from anywhere else!
They made my wedding cake without the filling we paid for. When I called to complain I spoke with the owner who told me it was no big deal and that the filing only costs $14, I paid them much more than that to put the filling into it.…. The owner also said they were going through staff changes, they should have told me that before I hired them. I would not trust them with any order. I assume they are getting by from a reputation that at one time they were good, they are not any more. Don't purchase anything from them.
My husband was graduating from his doctorate program and this was a special occasion for him. I wanted everything to be perfect. I spent a few hundred dollars and many email correspondences to finalize details since I lived 3.5 hours away. However when I picked up my cake the cake order was still attached to the box but it had a message with red sharpie written on it -"Warning-demanding customer, will complain" how rude and embarrassing.
