Great Selection of Designer Gowns I went to Yolanda's in search of a bridal gown and found a large selection of designer dresses here. The most of any other salon in the Boston Area. This place is a good one-stop bridal stop with not only gown for the bride, but also moms and bridesmaids, along with bridal accessories.
I LOVE YOLANDA'S!! I am new to the Boston area and just got recently engaged. I wasn't sure where to go and some of the girls I work with said that I should definitely try Yolanda's. I was kind of nervous going in there, but everyone was super sweet. Yolanda herself was actually sitting in the front of the store and greeted me upon my arrival! Great Experience at Yolandas I recently bought my wedding dress at Yolandas and had a wonderful experience. Beth, who helped me wiith the dresses, was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. When I went back a second time, she was just as sweet and patient and cheerful as the first time, which is very nice, because i know at other salons they get mad if you go back and "waste their time." Beth was simply wonderful, and made my dress shopping experience stress free and enjoyable!!!
Great Customer Service & Selection I recently bought my Paloma Blanca dress at Yolanda's and Beth, the woman who helped me was wonderful...She was patient, informative about the material of the dress and very supportive of my decision. I went into the store three times before I made my decision and she never made me feel badly about going back to reassure my choice.
Excellent experience at Yolanda's! I recently bought my Monique Lhuillier wedding dress at Yolanda's and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Beth, who was professional, pleasant and very helpful. She really understood what I was looking for, and wasn't interested in just selling me the most expensive dress. In fact, she got it perfectly right on the 4th dress I tried on! Beth wasn't trying to just make a sale--she was interested in helping me find the perfect dress. horrible customer service They are only nice if you buy a dress there right away. Beth was extremely rude when I went back a second time to show the dress to my friend. I do not know how they expect to sell anything with this attitude. I was considering buying a dress here, but what made me decide against it was their rudeness. I'd rather pay more somewhere else, where they treat me with respect.
Excellent Service I was very nervous going into this appointment after reading all the negative reviews, but I am so glad that I went with an open mind. This is a very upscale salon which is what I expected and I did not once feel uncomfortable or out of place. If you are looking for a salon with variety, this is the one. The selection was incredible and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Yolanda's to anyone searching for that special gown.
horrible customer service This business could care less about its' customers. Their sales techniques are manipulative and dishonest. I would enocurage you to look elsewhere. They should be in the used car business.
Beauty salon- dont go I received a gift certificate to Yolandas, and went there for a facial. I would not go again. The staff was not very friendly, and tried to upsell me on products, I felt I did not need. Then, the girl doing the facial was nagging all the way through the procedure. When I left her a smaller tip then she expected, she let me know she was not thrilled. Save your money, go elsewhere.
