I called the office to schedule an appointment and explained that I was hoping to be seen sooner rather than waiting until December or January. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing was available until then. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but having to wait several months for an appointment is frustrating, especially when you are trying to receive medical care in a timely manner. Been a pt here for 10+ yrs and fortunately havent needed to come in more than a handful of times. Asked for an appt because I've very sick. It's Aug 11th and the soonest they can get me in is Sept 3rd. Now looking for a new PCP.

I have been going to Dr Grady for 20+ years and will not know what to do if she retires. This past year has been a doozy with my health issues. My referrals were done quickly and efficiently. Each individual Dr Grady referred me to were A+. My Surgeon for my hip replacement was the best I will be going to him again for the 2nd hip. The staff knows me and are so kind and caring. I’ve seen the negative comments I can’t relate, all I can comment on is my wonderful experience and I hope Dr Grady never retires I need her.

Wonderful doctors and staff. They take the time to talk to you to really get to know what your problem is and help you cure it. Love Dr Mercy and Dr. Grady.
