I have been going to Dr Grady for 20+ years and will not know what to do if she retires. This past year has been a doozy with my health issues. My referrals were done quickly and efficiently. Each individual Dr Grady referred me to were A+. My Surgeon for my hip replacement was the best I will be going to him again for the 2nd hip. The staff knows me and are so kind and caring. I’ve seen the negative comments I can’t relate, all I can comment on is my wonderful experience and I hope Dr Grady never retires I need her.

Wonderful doctors and staff. They take the time to talk to you to really get to know what your problem is and help you cure it. Love Dr Mercy and Dr. Grady.

Dr Grady and her PA are great The problem is you always get voice mail when calling in. It says to leave a message and when you do they never call you back. Very hard to get an appointment. My wife even went onto thr office yesterday to try and book in person. She was told they were booked and to call the next morning at 9 am to check for cancelations. Guess what voice mail again leave a message. I give up. High ho it's off to urgent care we go AGAIN.. PS MY WIFE HAS A very bad burn

Honestly one of the best doctors I’ve been to in a long time. She made me feel like I’m not just another number and she truly cared about my health. I asked her a million questions and had a pap smear with her on the same day of my physical which was great, nocking two birds with one stone. Everyone at the reception desk was also amazing. This place is one in a million. If you need a great doctor this is the place for you!
