The customer service was great! Even when we were sitting and waiting they were very helpful to the customer that was ahead of us! Taking on a new policy was very simple. Steven was very helpful and explained a lot! Very friendly and would definitely recommend! My mom has also had them for insurance over 20 plus years and she said nothing but great things about Yolanda’s Office!! Definitely a great experience!

Customer service were very friendly I called to talk to an agent and the front desk ladies helped me as much as they could tell an agent was available. Everyone I have talked to down there have been great even when they are all so busy helping others
Terrible customer service. I needed to make changes to my policy, I called the office multiple times, no answer. I left voicemails, no return calls. ( has been an ongoing issue, the only time I received any assistance is when I contacted the after hours service center. ) I called another office who refused to assist me, they stated they could not assist me, only the agent I was under could assist me (but they could take my payment) I finally had to drive to the office and go in to receive any help.
