10/10 Great experience with State Farm. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They made the entire process simple and easy to understand, and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout. It is so nice to see a business who genuinely care about their customers and provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend State Farm to anyone looking for reliable insurance and a team they can trust.
Great people awesome experience
Small hiccups setting up home owners insurance, but Steven has made it easy getting me set up. Just bundled and saved on both my auto and home insurance. I was recommended by family and had my doubts due to others dealings, but so far appreciate their responses to my requests and quick and easy process getting me insured. I can’t speak on their claims process, and hope I never have to, but so far they have helped me with my needs.
