Yolanda has consistently supported me and my family for over a decade. She listens to your story and your requests, while being transparent about the realities of the system. Yolanda is empathetic and real at all times during the process or meetings with her. I have no idea where I would be today with my family, if Yolanda hadn't helped me through custodial court processes.
Ms. Fennick never informed me that my court case had closed. She carried on business with me as though she was unaware of the fact and asked me to meet with me in her office to refresh her on services that she previously too notes on, she then wrote new documents incorrectly and finally billed me for these services which was improper.
