Been with this drn a few years never had a problem with waiting or the nurses always friendly so is the lab technician.
It is impossible to get seen here. They make this it so complicated to set up an appointment and if so it's MONTHS away. Switching PCP
These reviews do NOT surprise me! Office staff-rude. Wait time, over an HOUR, and doctor is incompetent. She said she was calling in a prescription and here I am an entire week later with NOTHING. Was never called in. All you get over the phone is " I am sorry for the inconvenience". Unfortunately, customer service is NOT their thing. I am sure if I did my job this way, I would be immediately terminated. Smh
