Dr. Backus needs to work hard on her bedside manner. Her first interaction with a new patient was to tell them sarcastically “ you know we get paid when you come in” Completely oblivious that some patients have medical anxiety and possible trust issues with Doctors which may cause them to avoid contact. Very insensitive. Would not recommend her.
