Unprofessional and rude they speak down to customers in front of everyone as if you a piece of shit!! They have no respect, no customer service and have an attitude!! Will never set foot in that salon again and would highly not recommend anyone to them!!!
Absolutely rude people that answer the phone they go. Yep hang up in your face. You ring back. They say the place of your renna that you're ringing. Explain to them how rude the other person was hung up in my face again. Was going to actually make a massive booking for myself and other three other people and now that's an absolute no. They've lost business because of the disgusting rude attitude to people. That's actually probably the same person who answered the phone that hung up on me which is absolutely disgusting.
