I went to Ada for a cut and colour. She was on time and did not disappoint. She took her time to explain my cut and offered me colour treatment that will look natural and healthy for my hair. She even showed me how to blow dry my hair to get the look I wanted. Her pricing was fair and I am super satisfied with her service. Will be returning again!!

Yokoi Hair Design by Ada I went to Yokoi hair design today for hair color and treatment. As usual, I’m very satisfied with Ada the way she handles my hair like hair cut, highlights, perm & treatment etc. Every thing will be excellent in her good hands. My family have been her customers over 20 years. She is such a genius to take care of her customers’ hair in any style. She is kind, professional and passionate. Her service deserves at least five stars or even higher.
My experiences with this hairdresser have been incredibly disappointing. Despite being a repeat customer who always left generous tips, the service was consistently unwelcoming. What was particularly upsetting was the nasty attitude displayed whenever I politely asked for a minor adjustment to the cut. It's clear that basic customer courtesy is lacking here. I'd rather pay a premium to someone who treats their clients with respect. I will not be going back.
