**Ada is our go-to hairstylist!** Not only does she have exceptional skills, but she’s also incredibly kind-hearted and thoughtful. Every time, she tailors the perfect hairstyle for us based on our body type, face shape, and head structure. Her work always leaves us thrilled and completely satisfied. Today, after my daughter and son got their haircuts, they looked absolutely fabulous and were over the moon with joy! Yokoi Hair Design by Ada I went to Yokoi hair design today for hair color and treatment. As usual, I’m very satisfied with Ada the way she handles my hair like hair cut, highlights, perm & treatment etc. Every thing will be excellent in her good hands. My family have been her customers over 20 years. She is such a genius to take care of her customers’ hair in any style. She is kind, professional and passionate. Her service deserves at least five stars or even higher.

My experiences with this hairdresser have been incredibly disappointing. Despite being a repeat customer who always left generous tips, the service was consistently unwelcoming. What was particularly upsetting was the nasty attitude displayed whenever I politely asked for a minor adjustment to the cut. It's clear that basic customer courtesy is lacking here. I'd rather pay a premium to someone who treats their clients with respect. I will not be going back.

Ada has been my hair stylist for over 25 years. She is experienced and professional. After I moved to California, I still have her to perm and trim my hair when I visit my family in Vancouver. She takes good care of my hair and makes sure I look great before I leave the salon. She also shows me how to style and maintain my hair at home. Thank you Ada!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Ada , who seemed to be either Chinese or Japanese, treated me very poorly. Because my English is not very strong, I had to speak slowly, but she was not patient at all and did not listen to me properly. When it came time to pay, she told me they did not have a card machine and that I must pay with cash only. She barely did anything to my hair, yet insisted on cash payment. I asked her if I could e-transfer the money to her email, but she refused to give her email address. ... read more
