Yokohama Sushi is California Sushi Good variety of California sushi. Big menu with lots of cooked dishes as well as sushi. The yellowtail jalapeno sashimi was a tasty appetizer but the spicy tuna salad and beef yakisoba, both were too sweet for our taste. The sushi seems to be the best bet here. Most dishes were from $8-$14.
Yokohama Sushi is not too good anymore. Yokohama Sushi used to be fairly good when we first went a few years ago. The last few times, at least for lunch, the prices had gone up and the quality had gone down. The teriyaki chicken was dry, the tempura was greasy, and the staff didn't seem to care when I told them. No more chances.
Yokohama Sushi is Not Worth it Not my favorite sushi bar. It's convenient as it is close to home, and parking is available, but the food just isn't very good, at least not anymore. We used to go often, now we rarely go. It's just not worth it anymore.
Yokohama Sushi is ok Hate to disagree with the previous three who ranked Yokohama Sushi, but I find it to be just about average in virtually every category. Nothing really sticks out compelling me to return. Everything is ok, and if you want an ok meal, than go for it. Otherwise, you can do better.
Yokohama Sushi is making maki In the mood for maki, rolls, that is. Then this is a great place for non-authentic Japanese inspired food. Many of the rolls including the Alaska and the Hawaiian will make you very happy.
Very Good Japanese Food The sushi is very good at Yokohama, but they also have other Japanese food, which is also very good. The service is quick and the staff friendly. The only drawback is the parking lot. Yokohama is in a mall, and the parking lot is usually crowded and very busy, due to the other businesses in the mall. However, the food is worth fighting for a parking space.
One of My favorite restaurants THis place is kind of hard to find, but I see a crowd in here. There lunch's are fairly priced. I usually go for the lunch combos, the chicken teriyaki combo that comes with salad, CA roll (or spicy tuna roll when I'm feeling it), tempuras, and a miso soup. It's probably the best bang for your buck.
