I love Yokohama's! I love going to this place. It's not a big place, but the food speaks for itself! The prices are comparable to other restaurants. I think avg meal was $25. I had celebrated my birthday there and they made me a cute little swan. This place is definitely a fun place to go with friends and family.
Do not go! We took our two daughters who love Teppan to try this restaurant and will not return there. We were seated promptly but the table was dirty. This worried me because that is the cooking surface. The Teppan chef did not have any showmanship. All he did was cook. We ordered the fried rice appetizer with our meal(an extra $3.75) the portion was small and even thought the menu said white rice was incuded with your meal, since we paid for the appetizer the waitress said it did not come with the meal. Excellent – I love this restuarant!! Whenever my husband and I go out to dinner I try to talk him into going to Yokohama. There tepanyaki is unbelieveable. And there sushi is just as good. It's always a fun experience. One thing though, my youngest son (22 months) was a little scared of the cooking part. It's tepanyaki so they cook right in front of you. He wasn't too crazy about that.
