Used to love this place. Bought food tonight and was sold old food with a rancid taste. Won’t be going back
I went there today and I ordered two barbecue pork bowls, regular size and two pork eggrolls paid got the bag put it on the seat next to me got home. There was One barbecue pork bowl and two egg rolls I called nine or 10 times nobody answered finally drove 30 minutes back to the place and told the guy at the counter that I was missing the barbecue part bowl. Yokohama sucks!!! Employees saw me waiting for the place to open and delayed opening the doors for another 10mins after watching me trying to open the door bad business for sure
The food was not all that. I ordered a large teriyaki chicken entree, and there was nothing large about it. The thing that ticked me off the most though would have to be that I ordered two egg rolls and they cost $4.50 each. And they forgot them so I got all the way home to discover that I didn't even have my egg rolls that I spent 10 bucks for.
