Terrible customer service! Employees literally act annoyed that they have to do their job and help you. Only to be ignored the entire time they are “helping you”
worst customer service I've ever had. you can at least say hi to your customers when they're checking out instead of ignoring them. I had three younger employees completely ignore me and when I acknowledged the fact that they ignored me they stared at me and then the boy sarcastically said Hi. And then they just kept messing around. You can bet I'm calling the manager about this in the morning.
Just giving a shoutout to the bakery in Yoke's on Argonne for their customer service. My friend/co-worker Tiera bought cupcakes for a friend/co-worker's birthday and the frosting was INEDIBLE. Most of those that ate a cupcake scraped off the icing!!! I assured her that even though half of the cupcakes were gone, I would take them back for new ones.
