I’ve visited this salon about 4–5 times because I like to give businesses a fair chance to provide excellent service before providing feedback. Unfortunately, the experience has not matched the high price point, nor the level of professionalism I expect from a salon at this tier. While the stylist I worked with was pleasant, I found the service lacking in hair care decorum and technical expertise. I don’t write reviews on behalf of others but it’s hard not to when the customer was extremely upset with the end result and looked nowhere near what they wanted. I think what’s truly upsetting is that they spent over $300+ for something that looks like I did it with the lights off. Fortunately the owner was kind enough to offer a re do of what the original stylist here messed up so badly. But at that point the trust is already lost. I spent three days online reading the Websites and reviews of Rockwall hairdressers and salons, trying to find the best. Someone closer to me than having to travel to uptown Dallas. I narrowed my choices to 3, based on reviews and website description and photos. Yoke Salon came out on top. Then, it was a serendipitous choice that led me to Alyssa Arrambide.
