I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I want others to know about my experience. The people who performed my service are NOT LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS, which I did not realize when I booked my appointment. I was new to the area and assumed I was booking with trained, licensed professionals. In addition to the issues with my service, I was also concerned by the lack of proper cleanliness (such as using a tub of vaseline on my skin that didn't appear to be disinfected) during my appointment.
