Response: Look who’s talking about professionalism if this is your response to someone getting sick from your food. Do better. I ordered over the weekend multiple items from their menu mainly sushi and unfortunately I got diarrhea. I didn’t end up finishing my food so I saved some and thought I would give it another chance as I had sushi left over. Hidden gem in Baldwin. We got a teriyaki salmon bento box, nabeyaki udon, and ramen, and everything was great. Huge portions, great value. Update July 2026 - this is the closest thing we have to a "go-to" restaurant. The food is always great, especially the tempura and the edamame (cooked perfectly), and it's such a great value. Can't recommend it enough.
