My experience with Dr. Yohai and his staff was excellent. All of my questions were answered (I had a long list!) and I was very comfortable with my decision to have surgery. My tear ducts were blocked in both eyes and I had two successful surgeries. Even though Dr. Yohai has offices in Novato and Santa Rosa, I never had a problem scheduling a convenient appointment pre or post surgeries. His office staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. Yohai has my highest recommendation!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
