I worked for this company back in 2015 was recruited the Recruiter basically abandoned me. once I was hired. denied per diem I was over the range from home. did not accommodate me at all. the company I was hired for didn't provide any work life balance. if I didn't work when they wanted constantly threatened to fire me.

In my recent visit to Uptown Yolk, I was deeply dissatisfied and frustrated due to their mandatory 23% gratuity charge for all patrons, regardless of party size. This policy, coupled with the expectation of an additional tip, felt unjust and exploitative. It disregarded the freedom to choose how much to tip based on the quality of service provided. Kate MacMasters told me to stay in touch and I did. I connected her and she said that she text me that a hiring manager wanted to interview me. I never received a text. When she first reached out to me she called and emailed but when I got an interview request, she send a text. She needs to admit that she called the wrong number or did not send a text. Now, she will not return calls or emails. This possibly cost me an opportunity. Stay away!!!

Recruiters live up to their classless reputation with these people--at least in Charlotte, which is the real shame. I even knew the "account manager" who was supposed to be on my side and he managed to be the one to truly not care at all about helping someone get the right job for them. These people lie and then deny any and all accountability. It's embarrassing. Stay away.
