Unethical HR.
My experience with Yoh/Day & Zimmermann was disappointing due to how my situation was handled by HR representative Cyndi Rosso. I communicated my medical absences, provided doctor’s documentation, and kept management informed regarding my badge issue and attendance. Despite this, my assignment was terminated. I felt the communication and handling of the situation lacked professionalism and fairness. I hope the company improves how documented medical situations and employee concerns are reviewed in the future.
No problem no worries. I just don't recall on submitting an application for the dishwasher position. I submitted an application for electric assembly. 😊
