Ann or Ana . You deserve to go to customer service class . Here in america customer service is key. Now my family visited this yougurtland in west hollywood and you were just plan rude and unfriendly. Class and patience get you far in life. I am extremely disappointed in how you handle my family and then you was rude to me when I tried to resolve the situation. I’m certained if I was there with them this situation would’ve never happened if I was present with my family. You bullied kids shame on you . Do better !
I ordered ice cream online with free toppings, but they gave it to me without toppings. They said I had to pay for them, even though I paid for everything. Thank you.

This particular Yogurtland is a rare spot conveniently located in the coolest street in Hollywood. There is something beautiful and delicious about enjoying your frozen yogurt while watching all the interesting folks that frequent Santa Monica Blvd. Depending on my mood, I will choose a classic tart to seasonal offerings or toasted coconut caramel. Update: changed my prior review from 2 to 4 stars. I have given the shop a couple more chances and we have had a better experience.
