I went in yesterday after having a really horrible day, and the experience completely turned things around for me. The cashier, Evani, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She helped me set up a rewards account, even took the time to help me upload my receipt onto my account so I could get my points, and went out of her way to clean my table before I sat down. Her kindness truly made my day so much better. Amazing customer service. Thank you, Evani!
Stopped by Yogurtland this evening and had such a great experience! The two girls working there were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were super friendly, helpful, and especially patient despite how busy it was. They handled everything with such a positive attitude and made the whole visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with that kind of kindness definitely made my evening. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
Wish we could give our money to a nicer place. The icecream is good but customer service is always bitter, can’t use the restrooms and the SEATING IS NEVER ALOUD INSIDE. We come here often because our kids love it but always have to eat outside or in our vehicle when it’s cold out. They always have chairs and tables put away so no one can sit. The way I sit it is pure laziness to not have to clean up the tables . It’s 8:10pm they close at 9pm and yet again for the past year no seating inside.
