This is my absolute go-to Yogurtland for a reason! Janett is so sweet and smiley, her and Ryan are so kind and make every visit feel super welcoming. The staff is consistently friendly, everything is always fully stocked and ready, and the store is always clean and well-kept. I always leave happy!
Had an amazing experience at Yogurtland in Tustin during their 20th anniversary celebration! They have so many great frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, and the toppings selection is honestly one of the best. From fresh fruit to candies, cookies, and sauces, there are endless combinations you can make. The store was clean, organized, and had a fun atmosphere. One star zero if I could. This experience of this yogurtland trip was very appalling. The only worker to be seen was very rude. When we walked to the lady, whose name I can’t remember but will refer to her as Ms. Meanie, she gave us a stern look, no smile. We made our way to the samples and began trying flavor. Lady with a buzz cut was yelling and not nice about sample cups because the rule of only trying one flavor once that I didn’t know and when I was gonna leave because I didn’t like her yelling at me (keep in mind I don’t say a word) she said that “this yogurtland has rule that when you use sample cups you have to buy something” i just left. I usually buy the same two flavors or just use one flavor for a cup but not spending my business or time here I’d rather drive further to another place.
Could not get sample cups for both of us. Service was not friendly.
