Could not get sample cups for both of us. Service was not friendly.
When I first went there the employees were rude and sloppy. But what really surprised me was they didn’t provide free samples. as a consumer who loves yogurt, I was disappointed so I left. Next time I would at least recommend this organization to tell the employees to ask the customer if they are actually going to buy. If so give then give a sample.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Yogurtland location. I went in and ordered my usual: plain tart yogurt with almonds. I paid, walked out, and after one spoonful I immediately noticed the almonds tasted terrible and clearly bad. I went back inside to politely let the cashier know that the almonds were spoiled.
