Make yogurtland polite again
Can't quite understand the low ratings from previous customers. Based on my assessment of this YL location, everything was fine and seemed better than Newport Avenue. This location at Edinger/Tustin Ranch also has soft bench seats with cushions and looks bigger than the location at Tustin Street in City of Orange and the infamous Newport Avenue location in City of Tustin.
Hate the service here and the lady working and she seems to hate everything and everyone Im considering pressing charges for the slur used against my niece
Janet who is allegedly the manager of this location was extremely rude and unprofessional to my group. upon asking for sample cups, she responded by saying “are you actually going to purchase something or just getting samples?” This behavior is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! She also used a slur about disabled people while we were eating our yogurt inside which made us very uncomfortable. This is my absolute go-to Yogurtland for a reason! Janett is so sweet and smiley, her and Ryan are so kind and make every visit feel super welcoming. The staff is consistently friendly, everything is always fully stocked and ready, and the store is always clean and well-kept. I always leave happy!
