There were flies flying around the toppings bar, and the food was not covered at all — totally unsanitary! Also, the scale seems inaccurate — I was clearly overcharged for the small amount I got. To make things worse, the restroom is always locked and never open to customers, even though there’s a sign for it. Expired hot fudge. We purchased 6 cups and had to throw it out. The service was also horrible as well, as they did nothing to address the situation even for future customers unfortunately. I’m still a fan of Yogurtland but definitely not this location. Even the yogurt was poor quality and taste compared to other locations.
