Es uno de mis lugares favoritos pero esta vez salí totalmente decepcionada su chocolate era solo aceite, les pedí cambiar mi nieve y la encargada del lugar solo dijo que el chocolate era asi que no podía cambiarlo que solo podía ponerle del chocolate mas espeso qué jamás va ser igual su sabor el cajero no resolvió nada tampoco. Lastima que no pudiera disfrutar de mi nieve por personas como ellos que no pueden resolver la calidad de lo que ofrecen. 😡

I had a very upsetting experience at this Yogurtland location. The manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward children. I witnessed the manager yelling at kids in a way that was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. It was loud, aggressive, and made several families visibly uncomfortable. This is supposed to be a fun, family-friendly environment, but the way this manager handled the situation was the exact opposite.
