I went on 7/27/25 around 4pm and man where do I even begin. The worker in the front. I think his name was Jose had amazing customer service. And I mean amazing. I’ve never been treated this way before. 12/10 service. Some kid dropped yogurt on my shoe though. But other than that. 12/10 service !! I’m coming tomorrow again!

Just had surgery and wanted frozen yogurt Asked for plain tart and when it arrived I it was mixed with a blue tinge. I called to see if they would exchange it and the person said she needed to call her manager and I would have to wait 30 minutes. She called back and said that it could not be exchange because it was not their fault. It was the person who picked it up. This is horrible customer service. Refused to give sample cups and employees were lazy. Store was dirty. Don’t open a business if you can’t operate it correctly.
