IM SO SAD TO INFORM YOU HOW HIGHLY DESAPOINTED I WAS COMING TO THIS YOGURTLAND WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME JUST BEING AROUND THE CORNER FROM THIS LOCATION. I VISITED THIS LOCATION WITH MY HUSBAND EXCITED FOR A TREAT. ONCE WE GOT THERE AT 9PM I WAS SO SURPRISED TO SEE HOW ONLY 4 MACHINES WORKED. ALL THE REST MACHINES WERE COMPLETELY NOT WORKING AT ALL. I BROUGHT IT TO THE STAFFS ATTENTION BUT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO ASSIST BECAUSE THEY SAID THE WERE REGULAR EMPLOYEES NO MANAGEMENT WAS INSIGHT. IT TOOK US 10 MINUTES JUST... read more
Granted this was later on a Saturday evening. And the machines were being cleaned when I first walked in. But, the countertops (including the scale to weigh your yogurt) were filthy with obvious spills and crumbs of topping everywhere. I felt bad because the staff looked obviously tired after a long day but I needed a sugar rush before a long drive home. Perhaps try it out during daylight hours or on a weekday for a better experience.
