Cozy environment.
I walked in because I had a craving for frozen yogurt. I couldn’t believe that they won’t allow you to sample the yogurt flavors before buying it. Especially when they rotate different flavors all the time. Why should I buy something that I don’t know if I’m going to like? I don’t know why they would implement that policy. Lost my business.
