Hey, I came on September 13 in around 9:16 and noticed chocolate and a few other flavors were already taken out for cleaning. Since you’re open until 10, it kind of limited my options. I didn’t buy anything because my preferred flavor wasn’t out and was “being cleaned already” from the worker that’s as there. Just wanted to let you guys know.
Every time we go there is super dirty but that’s not the worst. This employee Uriel always overcharges us even on the 20 of the month for the supposed 20 % off. Today I asked him for my receipt and of course no discount but even on regular day he overcharges. We have decided to go to the nearest Yogurtland in Perris or Lake Elsinore for half of what we pay in Menifee. I complained to the owner and hopefully he can look into it. As I can see there many bad reviews or this location and I’m sure they are loosing customers.
Worse Yogurtlard in the chain, always out of more than they have in stock, they are always out of majority of everything maybe they just need to close now so we can find a Yogurtland that we can depend on.
It says it opens at noon - drove here with my son to find it closed at 1215pm on a tuesday
Of all the flavor stations for yogurt the had less than half were working.! No chocolate or strawberry flavors and I wasn't crazy about the few flavors they had. Also they claimed their restroom was out of order but couldn't be bothered to put a sign on the door.
