nancy was amazing! she was very helpful in explaining how everything worked in the store due to it being my first time in a yogurtland and was such a fun personality! love her!
I came in yesterday with my family and I had asked to get sample cups so my parents and siblings could try before they pick which ones they wanted. The girl gave me one singular sample cup even tho I asked for a couple and just stared at me when she handed to me. Once we got to checkout with our items she was giving off unwelcoming vibes already. I get not wanting to work but at the same time you’re supposed to be customer friendly and not moody. Needs to hire better workers
Voy todo el tiempo, siempre y esta limpio y la atención es muy buena
