I asked a 4th time, when she quickly stuck it in my cup of fro yo. I got a meal at Egg n Bird through their online ordering, and didn’t pay attention to what location I picked. Thankfully the kind guest services at yogurtland helped me out with no problems, kindness, and speed. I’m very thankful to have received my refund so quickly. It doesn’t stop there. The food I had at ‘Egg n Bird’ in Plano, was some of the best, quickly made food I’ve had in a while. The team was very quick and helpful when I showed up to pick up my order and it was there. THEY DON’T HAVE FROZEN YOGURT! WORST FROZEN YOGURT COOPERATE STORE EVER! (For those of you who have angry kids in the back of the car… try to avoid the business office. The secretary was very kind but alas no frozen yogurt)
Corporate is horrible at business don’t support them! There are better froyo spots
